Last week we hosted the Great Fernlea Bake Off in aid of St Anns Hospice. We had so many entries from staff, families and friends with biscuits, cakes, scones, and cheesecakes! It was so difficult to choose a winner so of course we had to have multiple tastes of each cake! The ultimate prize went to a delicious batch of giant homemade scones with jam and cream!
