It has come to our attention that many staff are struggling to access their online payslips.

Everyone should have received an email from

noreply@sageonline.co.uk subjected ‘Sage Online Services’ in March welcoming you to the online service and inviting you to set up your account.

This first email titled ‘Welcome to Online Payslips/P60s’ provides a verification code and username that will be used to set up your account. You will then need to click the link that says ‘Register’ which provides instructions of how to set up your account for the first time.

Please be aware that no default password is provided, everyone must set up their own password before they can access their payslips.
