Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence.’

As you know, in January, The Olea Care Group started working towards the Investors in People Gold Accreditation.

This process consisted of an observation of the organisation by an independent assessor which took place both on-site and on-line, involving interviews with staff and general observation of a day in the service.

The independent assessor’s observation focused on three primary standards: Leading, Supporting, Improving.

The initial date for feedback was set at 22nd March, however, due to unforeseen circumstances this was post-poned and we received feedback earlier this month.

After a seemingly long wait, we are proud and excited to announce that The Olea Care Group has been awarded Investors in People Gold Award.

The Olea Care group was scored well above the industry average and IIP average benchmark in all nine indicators that were measured.

This accreditation is an outstanding achievement which proves that our team are passionate, committed and strive for continuous improvement.

A huge thank you to all of our staff for supporting the organisation in achieving this accreditation.
