We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant to join our highly successful team at Fernlea where you will receive a competitive salary and great benefits.
The successful candidate will be passionate, hardworking, and able to function in all areas of food and beverage, and possess good communication skills.
The successful candidate will flexible and able to work alternate weekends. The shift patters are 8am – 6pm.
You will believe in our passion for giving our residents a hotel experience. We will offer training opportunities to help develop you every step of the way.
As a Hospitality Assistant you will:
Deliver the best restaurant experience for residents and guests .
Make your service smooth, confident and tailored to every individual.
Have a can do attitude.
Be open to change and see it as a positive.
Love working as a team, self-development and coaching /supporting new staff.
To become our Hospitality Assistant you;
Will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality service.
Should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards.
Should have a warm, personable nature and a can do attitude.
Must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described.
Will be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed
