Simply Health: MyWellbeing

As an organisation, The Olea Care Group is committed to ensuring employee well-being while in the workplace is a top priority.

For those employees who have been with us for over 12 months, Olea Care Group enrolls you in the Simply Health Benefits Scheme which offers a range of services including a contribution towards the cost of visiting a number of healthcare professionals, allowing you to claim money back towards the cost of check-ups and treatments, up to your annual limit.

As part of the scheme, Simply Health offers a range of extra services focused on employee wellbeing. Simply log into your Simply Health account and click on ‘myWellbeing’ and you can access a range of services focused on assisting you in feeling happy and healthy:

Where an issue requires more formal support, the SimplyHealth scheme will offer you up to 6 structured counselling sessions over the phone with an experienced counsellor.

Discounts

As part of promoting a healthy lifestyle, SimplyHealth has partnered with MyActiveDiscounts which provides the opportunity to access a wide variety of discounts in various categories across the country.

The scheme offers a large volume of discounted gym memberships with over 2000 gyms taking part including DW, Nuffield Health, and Total Fitness.

The scheme also offers a huge array of ‘lifestyle discounts’ including experience days, beauty, travel breaks, and nutrition. Participating organisations include Liz Earle, Hello Fresh, and Roxy clothing.

GP Services

Simply Health have partnered with Medical Solutions Ltd to offer  GP advice over the phone within 24 hours if you cannot get an appointment at your local GP.  You may use the phone, or organise an appointment over webcam.

There is also a range of documents that recommend suitable professionals depending on your needs.
