In response to the Our People Survey conducted this year, the organisation has taken out ‘Death in Service Cover’ for employees who have been with us for over 3 years.

‘Death in Service’ insurance is a type of cover that is offered as a benefit by the company you work for which pays out a lump sum if you die while in their employment.

Employees who have been with us for 3-6 years from the 31st March 2019 will have the equivalent of one year’s salary worth of cover and those who have been with us for over 6 years from 31st March 2019 will have the equivalent of three year’s salary worth of cover.

The cover was introduced on 1st April 2019.
