Description

As a head chef you will:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the catering services team
• Develop and plan nutritious and delicious menus and daily specials
• Manage food inventory
• Work closely with the management team to manage and maintain budgetary constraints
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
• Lead by example
• Provide a visible, accessible, and authoritative presence to staff, residents, and others
• Maintain your skills and knowledge at an adequate level and undertake training and assessment as required to maintain and progress your knowledge
