SimplyHealth*

The Simply Health Benefits Scheme offers a range of services including a contribution towards the cost of visiting a number of healthcare professionals, allowing you to claim money back towards the cost of check-ups and treatments, up to your annual limit.

Employee Assistance Programme*

Your SimplyHealth account enables access to an Employee Assistance Programme offering advice and counselling with structured counselling of up to six sessions available either face-to-face or over the phone. Additionally, employees can access practical advice and short-term support on a variety of matters including:

Death in service cover*

Death in Service cover allows you to protect your family in the event of your death. If the worst were to happen during your time of employment with us, we want to make sure your family are supported, your family or dependants will be paid a lump sum or a series of small payments.

It’s never too early or too late to start saving for your future. We automatically enrol all employees into our workplace pension scheme with Aviva

Eye test and glasses*

If you regularly use a computer to undertake your role, you may be eligible for a contribution towards the cost of an eye test. Where your test identifies the need for prescription lenses, you may claim back some of the cost of the glasses.

We like to celebrate those who have been with us for a long time as a way of saying ‘thank you’ for your hard work and dedication

Employee referral incentive*

Any member of staff who refers a nurse to the organisation who is subsequently hired and remains with us for at least three months will receive a monetary incentive

Enhancement for covering shifts*

An enhancement will be given on top of your hourly rate for any shifts picked up outside of your contracted hours .
