Role Description:

We are looking for experienced team leader to join and lead our team at Yorklea Nursing Home.

We are looking for someone with care experience and experience leading a team, as well as medication trained. The position requires leading and working as part of a team to ensure the residents needs are met, liaising with professionals and paperwork.

You will lead a team of care assistants and take a prominent and proactive role within the home. You and your team will be responsible for meeting the day-to-day needs of the people we care for. You will also be responsible for the completion of person-centred care plans.

  • You must be an enthusiastic, caring and reliable individual who will be passionate about what we do.
  • You should have previous experience in care and experience leading a team.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
  • Medication administration trained
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • 30  hours per week must be flexible and able to work alternate
  • Salary: £9.75 per hour
