Effective planning and a processed approach to management will provide the platform for our achievements.
Together with the people who make up our organisation, effective planning and a processed approach to management will provide the platform for our achievements. A high standard of integrity, professional conduct and business judgement will form the cornerstone of how we conduct business. Effective planning will ensure that quality is planned into our service and not left to chance or judgement.
Continual improvement is a permanent objective and will provide us with a performance advantage and ensure we are able to react quickly to changing requirements.
The management team ensures that the skill mix of the care team is appropriate for the range and diversity of the resident’s care needs. We are committed to implementing and maintaining a robust and rigorous development process. This will ensure, through the creation of a learning environment, that each individual will continually learn and improve performance that will increase contribution and ensure staff will fulfil the aims of the home and meet the changing needs of residents.
Our online development resource, ClickforCare, is an integral part of our learning environment and its creation demonstrates our commitment to providing a supportive, easy to access platform to assist our “Developing for the future” programme that supports our service.
Our aim is always to be the recognised first choice provider of quality care for our service users.
Person Centred Care
Our philosophy is centred around our residents who are our main focus and the reason we exist.
Our people form the foundation on which our goals are achieved to form the cornerstone of success.
