We are committed to providing each resident with quality care that is personal to his or her individual needs.
At Olea Care, we are committed to providing every resident with high quality person centred care inside a warm, safe and secure environment where our residents feel at home.
We are committed to involving residents in their own care and treatment, with decisions made in partnership and we ensure that both they, and their family, fully understand the care, treatment and support choices available to them.
Our homes provide a supportive environment where our residents are able to maintain the maximum level of independence and dignity and we will provide encouragement in supporting mobility already attained or assist to improve mobility.
We encourage social interaction and our homes are designed to provide residents with shared living space that is flexible enough to enable them to choose the range and diversity of their social interaction.
Meals are an important aspect of any day and our menus cater for a wide choice of meals that provide a well-balanced and varied diet supportive to good health and well-being. Residents can choose the place they wish to dine and at a time to suit them. We serve a choice of tea, coffee and cold drinks with all our meals and throughout the day.
Our aim is always to be the recognised first choice provider of quality care for our service users.
Our people form the foundation on which our goals are achieved to form the cornerstone of success.
