Our people form the cornerstone of our success and are our most important asset. As each individual contributes to our success, their value will appreciate
We provide a culture that recognises and supports the individual, and we treat all our employees equally. We also remember the importance the team plays in our success and we strive to attract, develop and retain the best people in the sector by providing a rewarding place to work and are committed to their on-going training and development.
We are proud that the majority of our care team have been with us for a long time, with some members having been with us for over 20 years.
Over the years we have built up a multi-skilled team with skills in wound management, tracheostomy management, gastronomy management, catheter management, subcutaneous fluids, suctioning, syringe driver management, diabetes management, epilepsy management, care planning and development of pathways.
Our philosophy is to ensure we have a dedicated care team that is focused on delivering positive outcomes for residents. To support this philosophy we operate a business management team that is responsible for the management, provision and monitoring of business and administrative activities outside the direct provision of care. This allows the care team to focus on delivering positive outcomes for residents and staff.
Our aim is always to be the recognised first choice provider of quality care for our service users.
Person Centred Care
Our philosophy is centred around our residents who are our main focus and the reason we exist.
Planning and Management
Effective planning will ensure that quality is planned into our service and not left to chance or judgement.
