Hospitality Training at the Midland

Fernlea: Our hospitality team were involved in training at the Midland Hotel where the importance of customer service, first impressions and presentation was explained. Our staff were enthusiastic to learn and developed a multitude of new ideas taking the essence of hospitality service from the Midland.
